About Lodz University of Technology
Lodz University of Technology enjoys a high position in Poland and strengthens it on the international stage, also thanks to its active membership in the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU). In its 80-year tradition, TUL continuously improves the quality of education, conducts research, and responds to the needs of the socio-economic environment.
The university offers education at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and postgraduate levels, and also develops the idea of Life Long Learning by offering classes at the University of the Third Age, a general secondary school, the Lodz Children's University, a kindergarten, and a nursery.
TUL is among the 20 Polish universities implementing the Excellence Initiative - Research University program. The high-level research conducted here covers 12 scientific disciplines, of which three have been rated A+, six A, and three B+ as a result of evaluation. The work and projects are carried out with the fulfillment of sustainable development goals.
