Lodz University of Technology has joined yet another Erasmus Mundus project. This time, it is addressed to students and faculty of higher education institutions in Tunisia. Five European and six Tunisian universities participate in the project. It is the third Erasmus Mundus for Lodz University of Technology.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education has tallied up the results of this year’s admissions. Lodz University of Technology is still the fourth most frequently chosen university by candidates for first-cycle programmes and for long-cycle programmes. All of the top four places were taken by technical universities. Computer Science turned out to be the most popular field of study for the fourth time in a row.

The Biotechnology field of study offered at Lodz University of Technology is the only one from Lodz to have been awarded one million zloty prize in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education competition organized to promote and support implementation of education quality assurance systems and National Qualifications Framework.
