Gating systems have to be resistant to high temperatures, highly resilient, easily available, cheap and ecological.

One of the main elements of casting equipment is systems which feed moulds with liquid metal. Given their complex shapes and variety of used materials, these systems are usually disposable.

Our technology uses recycled materials as input for production process, which, in turn, means reduced environmental impact and lower pollution.

This technology may find applications in the foundry industry.
