Quality improvement of produced polymer materials requires an accurate analysis of granulation and measurements of mechanical parameters, including hardness.

Crushing and preparation in the system of dry, wet and cryogenic grinding of medium hard materials an analysis of granulation of powder and granulated materials and of suspensions with 3D effect The Institute offers services in the scope of testing differences in production batches of manufactured materials: hard, flexible and soft. As one of the few in the country, the Institute has got five instruments to measure hardness by the Shore method in a broad spectrum of non-metallic materials – from soft, through medium and up to hard. The analysis is carried out by means of digital hardness testers, such as SHORE A, SHORE B, SHORE C, SHORE D and SHORE 00/000.

This particular service is dedicated to enterprises from the chemical, cosmetic, building, medical, packaging and agricultural branch.
