Project partners at the kick-off meeting in the Indonesian capital city of Jakarta
The application was submitted to the call for proposals for capacity building in the higher education sector under the so-called Erasmus+ centralized action, directly to the Executive Agency in Brussels. 163 of the 840 submitted projects were approved for funding, two of which are coordinated by Polish universities: Lodz University of Technology and the Jagiellonian University.
The principal goal for the Euro-Asian consortium is to develop (or revise) and implement new curricula and teacher training courses in the fields of automation and power engineering, in particular smart grids, at universities in Nepal, Butan and Indonesia. The project extends to the construction of laboratory infrastructure.
