This service, developed at the Institute of Turbomachinery, enables spatial modelling of a patient’s blood circulation system. Such a model may then become the subject of numerical analysis and experimental studies with phantom use.

Reproduction of anatomical structures from medical images in DICOM format and calculations and flow analysis in mechanical heart assist systems This service may be applied for pre-surgery planning and in the training of vascular surgeons. It may also be used in imaging of the vascular structure of blood flow, localising potential sites which may reduce blood flows and induce vascular disturbances, and also to visualise and analyse flow structure in vessels. This service may be received by medical and diagnostic laboratories.
