TUL Vice Rector for Development, Professor Paweł Strumiłło, speaking about innovative ideas spawned by young entrepreneurs, emphasized that the support from experienced experts and mentors is often a key element in breaking through on the market. Equally as vital as establishing relationships with industry and equity investors.
104 proposals were submitted to the program from all over the world (UK, Portugal, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania). Of these, 25 teams were selected and will develop their ideas in the course of the next 6 months, availing themselves of the support offered in the program.
The key features of the accelerator program
- Implementation track - active matchmaking between startups and businesses for consultation, piloting, and implementation.
- Investment track - quick access to investment equity.
- Promotion and internationalization of the innovation generated by startup teams, including during major international technology events.
- Knowledge access (mentoring, expert support, workshops, meetups, and more).
- Grants to further support project development amounting to 1 000 000 PLN.
