The games, in which 32 of Poland's best men's and women's pairs selected in the preliminaries competed, were held from June 18 to 21 at the Monta Beach Volley Club facility in Warsaw.
Dr Ewa Brochocka, Director of the TUL Sports Center, commenting on the success said,
'I sincerely congratulate the athletes and their coach on this wonderful achievement, which also makes a spectacular conclusion to the participation of all of the Lodz University of Technology teams in this year's Championships. The result pleases us all the more due to the fact that all of the participating athletes performed extremely well. Our team was defeated in the finals by the University of Warsaw’s duet, who had won the Polish championship for the fourth time in a row. I wish to thank you for your performance and great sportsmanship.’
Based on media releases, Lodz University of Technology is ranked 6th in the AMP 2023 medal classification.
