The main objective of the program is to promote the cooperation among the institutions, create new or strengthen existing networks as well as initiate joint research-development projects.
The Seed Programme consists of two actions: SP1 – Blended Mobility to Create New Consortia and SP2 – Seed Projects for Existing Consortia.
