The organisational coordination is managed by Marta Rybicka and Agata Kostrzewa from the ECIU Office at Lodz University of Technology.

ECIU Student Ambassadors
ECIU Student Ambassadors are students committed to promoting the mission of ECIU University and the benefits of participating in the consortium’s shared educational offer. They play an important role both within ECIU and at their home institutions by sharing their experiences, raising awareness of international opportunities, and supporting events related to challenge-based learning, mobility, and micro-modules.

Activities for Participants
The programme includes not only intensive workshops and project work but also opportunities to get to know one another and enjoy time together. Student Ambassadors from Lodz University of Technology will guide their international colleagues during a city tour. Additional informal activities will encourage integration, conversation, and relationship-building among participants from across Europe.

Every international participant selected for the programme will receive a mobility grant to help cover travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs. Costs are co-financed from the European Union funds as part of the Polish National Agency's for Academic Exchange (NAWA) project entitled “Support for European Universities Alliances” (project number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0219/23)
