The podcast is part of the “TUL Welcomes Beyond Borders” project, dedicated to the international community of our university.
For many years, multiculturalism has been a source of growth. It has been a driving force not only behind various projects, but also behind the development of a distinctive culture at Lodz University of Technology. This culture is now recognised throughout Poland as one that is exceptionally committed to internationalisation and open to people from different countries and of different nationalities
– said dr inż. Dorota Piotrowska, TUL prof. and Director of the International Cooperation Centre. She added:
As part of the project, we will organise a series of workshops not only for administrative staff who support internationalisation processes on a daily basis. We are also committed to ensuring that teachers, academics, students and doctoral candidates can participate in a variety of activities and training sessions and receive support that will help them better understand this culture and benefit more fully from its diversity.
The first podcast episode premieres this Wednesday.
The project is implemented under the Welcome to Poland Programme and co-funded by the European Union through the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 (FERS), as part of the NAWA project entitled: “Support for higher education and research institutions in assisting foreign nationals and Polish citizens travelling abroad,” project no.
