WINTER SEMESTER

21 February 2027 – 23:59 – Deadline for entering grades. The ZTN terminal will be locked. Protocols in the USOS system will be locked (protocol deadline).

until 23 February 2027 – 9.00 am – Verification of grades by students and submission of comments.

24 February 2027 – 10.00 – Deadline for Dean’s Offices to make changes to marks in ZISD/USOS.

From 24 February 2027 – 10.01 – Automatic settlement of the winter semester and printing and approval of students’ periodic achievement records.

Individual decisions regarding changes to enrolment for the next semester.

SUMMER SEMESTER

15 September 2027 – 11.59 pm – Deadline for entering grades. The ZTN terminal is locked. Protocols in the USOS system are locked (protocol deadline).

until 17 September 2027 – 9.00 pm – Verification of marks by students and submission of complaints.

21 September 2027 – 9.00 am – Deadline for the Dean's Offices to make changes to grades in ZISD/USOS.

From 21 September 2027 – 9.01 am – Automatic settlement of the academic year, and printing and approval of students’ periodic achievement records. Individual enrolment decisions for the next semester.
