Michał Lipian, PhD, Eng., from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology, is a specialist in mechanical engineering and wind energy. Dr. Lipian’s research is focused on the development of high-efficiency small wind turbines for operation in urban environments.
