List of projects implemented under the programs of the National Science Centre

• Clarifying the controversial role of palmitoleic acid in the dietoprophylaxis of disorders of carbohydrate and lipid homeostasis.
• Diet and the human gut microbiome as a source of N-acylated amines that are ligands for GPCR receptors.
• Searching for high biological activity of legume seeds based on different levels of molecular modeling.

List of projects implemented under the programs of the National Centre for Research and Development:

• Innovative plant producing hydrogen and methane by microbiological method from waste and by-products of the sugar industry, together with applications of the obtained gases and ensuring energy self-sufficiency of the sugar plant's wastewater treatment plant.
• Scientific and experimental-development research in the form of a research service involving the performance of tests and analyses in the process of developing an innovative range of "zero waste" dishes with high health-promoting and quality values.

Other sources of funding:

• Single-module mobile installation for the production and processing of furfural at the site of bio-waste generation. Lodz Regional Operational Programme.

• Development of a strategy to prevent the development of seed potato phytopathogens based on ecological biotechnological solutions and a new storage method. Project financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

• Development of technology and starter culture for the production of wheat bread in conditions of low-temperature dough growth. Lodz Regional Operational Programme 2020.

• Scientific and research cooperation within the operational group as a key to launching an innovative product on the market (black garlic). Project financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

• Development and implementation of an innovative technology for the production of new generation vegetable and fruit preserves enriched with a fiber preparation from potato starch with prebiotic properties for children and adolescents. Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2013 - 2020.

• Modern technology for bioremediation of land contaminated with creosote oil on the site of the Sleeper Treatment Plant Joint Stock Company in Kozmin Wielkopolski. Project financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

• Development of innovative French and semifrench bread with reduced fat content. Lodz Province Operational Programme 2014-2020.
