Students participating in the project will be tutored for up to three semesters. Their mentors will be experienced teachers who have developed their competences in the previous editions of the "Masters of didactics" program. Recruitment for personalized long-term tutoring will start at the beginning of the winter semester of the 2021/22 academic year.

The aim of the project is to implement a tutoring program into the university practice. It serves to raise the competences of the academic staff, which will allow for targeted support of particularly talented students.

- This is the fourth edition of the "Masters of didactics" project, coordinated by the International Cooperation Centre. Previous editions are still available to the staff and students interested in academic tutoring at our university - confirms the project manager, director of  the International Cooperation Centre , Dr. inż. Dorota Piotrowska, TUL professor.

Students who need short-term support from tutors (their names can be found on the project website) can submit their applications on an ongoing basis. Recruitment for students is open and will be active until December 31, 2022, i.e. until the end of the project.
