During this year's, third edition of the event, students from Lodz University of Technology, the Medical University of Lodz, and the University of Lodz were confronted with new challenges. With the guidance of experienced mentors, who shared their knowledge on topics related to technologies, medtech, and opportunities related to starting up businesses, students worked on innovative solutions addressing problems submitted by the companies sponsoring the event. One of the Hackathon mentors was Marcin Wasiak from the TUL Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The idea behind the Hackathon HCK FOR HEALTH was to have groups of students complete several tasks over the course of a few days. On the first day, students attended online workshops such as Career Prospect in Łódź 2024, an offering from the sponsors and partners of the event: Thinking Tools on tools for creating innovations,
Business Innovation Tools on business modeling, and Pitch Perfect on presenting innovations.

In the following days, students, under the guidance of mentors, worked on developing solutions for the challenges posed by the companies sponsoring the event.
