Dr Paweł Latosiński and dr Konrad Kulikowski have received the Minister's scholarship for outstanding young scientists. During the October meeting of the TUL Senate, Rector Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik and Vice Rector for Science Prof. Łukasz Albrecht extended words of congratulations to the two scholarship winners, presenting them with a commemorative diploma signed by Mr Dariusz Wieczorek, Minister of Science and Higher Education.

Dr Pawel Latosiński works at the Institute of Automatic Control in the Faculty of Electrical, Electronic, Computer and Control Engineering. He conducts scientific research in the field of control theory, with a particular focus on sliding-mode control algorithms. In 2019, he received the prestigious START program award from the Foundation for Polish Science. Additionally, his conference papers have been repeatedly recognized in competitions for the best paper by an early-stage researcher.

Dr Konrad Kulikowski’s, the Institute of Management, research interests include problems of pay transparency and the role of employee cognitive functions in the workplace. He is the author of several books and articles aimed at human resource management practitioners. Currently, he serves as the Vice Dean for Education at the Faculty of Organization and Management.
