Presenting the award, the rector of TUL, Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, said:
BSH is one of those companies with which our cooperation is exemplary. The company's offer of internships, apprenticeships and degree completion is very broad and diverse. It provides opportunities for students to broaden their skills through their work in teams related to production, or research and development.
The final of the competition took place on June 14 at TUL’s Sports Bay. As Małgorzata Skomiał, head of the TUL Career Office, event initiator, says:
The idea was conceived four years ago. What was meant as an experiment, turned out to be received very well by both employers and students. The idea behind the project is to honor companies and institutions operating in the Lodz region that create the best conditions for internships, apprenticeships and jobs for our students. The competition brought together companies that have a positive impact on the development of Lodz, the region and the local labour market, but above all are companies and institutions that are friendly to students and employees and provide them with an opportunity to gain experience and shape their careers.
Students voted from January 16 to May 21, via the university's WIKAMP platform.
