Dr Dawid Dudkowski (Mechanical Engineering, FWCI: 3.02; international cooperation: 77.8%; publications in Top 10 Citation percentile: 66.7%).

He started his scientific career in 2013 as a graduate student taking part in the TEAM Project sponsored by the Foundation for Polish Science.

Next, he continued his scientific research during his PhD studies and was employed in 2014 as a research assistant in the MAESTRO project financed by the National Science Centre (NCN). He defended his PhD thesis in 2017.

In years 2017-2019 he was the principal investigator in the PRELUDIUM Project financed by NCN and since 2020 he has been the SONATA Project Manager.

His research interests focus on nonlinear dynamics, particularly on mechanical systems and phenomena such as synchronization, hidden and rare attractors, and chaotic behaviours.

He has published 20 papers in JCR scientific journals.

In 2017, he completed 3 research visits (Russia, India) and received a prestigious START scholarship from the Foundation for Polish Science.
