Professor Agnieszka Zakrzewska-Bielawska, Ph.D. (discipline: management and quality studies, Web of Science Core Collection: h-index - 5, number of publications 2013-2021 - 7, number of citations for publications from 2013-2021 - 37. Her research interests focus on strategic management and business organization. In particular, they concern the development strategies of enterprises, especially in the high-tech sector, interorganizational relations, including cooperation and coopetition strategies, as well as the evolution and changes of organizational structures, and, more recently, the concept of ambidexterity in organizational management, which is associated with the implementation of exploration and exploitation activities, which are different in their essence.

Prof. Zarzewska-Bielawska's output includes over 170 scientific publications in Polish and English. She has participated in and managed numerous research projects, including those funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (4 projects) and the National Science Centre (3 projects).

She has won three awards from the Committee on Organizational and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences: for the best habilitation thesis, the best textbook and the best single-author monograph.

She has held scientific internships at the University of Perugia (Italy), Matej Bel University (Slovakia), Universidade Europeia (Portugal), Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), University of Strathclyde (Scotland).

She is a member of the Presidium of the Committee on Organizational and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, an expert of the advisory team of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the "Excellent Science" programme, a member of the Strategic Management Society, the Academy of Management and the Polish Economic Society, Branch in Lodz.
