Announcement on changes to mandatory deadlines at TUL in the summer semester of the academic year 2021/22

Due to problems with entering grades into the ZTN system, I order the following changes to the Mandatory Deadlines that apply at Lodz University of Technology in the summer semester of the academic year 2021/2022.

20.09.2022 - 21:00 - Deadline for entering grades in the ZTN system. Generation of electronic protocols by teachers. The ZTN terminal is locked.

By 22.09.2022 - 14:00 - Verification of grades by students. Grade changes made in dean's offices. End of grade checking. Grade changes are entered into the ZSID system. Signing of grades after changes and generation of electronic protocols by teachers.

23.09.2022 - 09:00 - Automatic settlement of the academic year and printing of students' transcript of records.

23.09.2022 - 09:00 - Approval of students' transcripts of records. Making individual registration decisions for the next academic year.

I would like to point out that in accordance with the division of the academic year 2021/22, the deadline for the submission of the thesis and completing any courses in the summer semester is 18.09.2022 (regardless of the actual date of the anti-plagiarism system JSA result). The deadline of 20.09.2022 21:00 given above is the deadline for entering grades.
