The ranking includes 56 universities from Poland. The best result was achieved by the Jagiellonian University, which took the 343rd place, followed by the University of Warsaw, which ranked 506th, and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, which took the 680th place. Lodz University of Technology defended its position from last year, ranking 1051st.
The ranking includes 3000 universities and, as in last year's edition, the top three places once again belong to: Harvard University in the USA, the University of Toronto in Canada, and University College London in the UK.
URAP 2023-2024 is based on 6 indicators focusing on the academic achievements of universities. The basis for evaluation here are publications. Both their quality and quantity, as well as the results of international research cooperation, are used as indicators.
