As part of the ECIU Board meeting, participants will discuss joint initiatives in modern education, scientific research, and addressing global social challenges.
The highlight of the event will be the meeting of the Consortium’s Supervisory Board, attended by rectors of member universities, institutional coordinators, representatives of non-governmental organisations, business partners, and student representatives. The agenda will include discussions on the future of ECIU and the development of planned consortium initiatives.

The meeting in Łódź will also be unique for another reason: alongside the ECIU Board sessions, meetings of representatives of key ECIU teams will be held.

At Lodz University of Technology, the following meetings will be held:
VP Education – vice-rectors for education developing a strategy of modern science - innovative curricula, exchange of good practices and quality of education,
VP Research – Vice-Rectors for Science, responsible for research policy and innovation development,
Institutional Coordinators – ECIU institutional coordinators supervising the participation of the university in the activities of the alliance,
EduCo Expert Group – experts in educational projects and exchange of good practices,
R&I Expert Group – specialists in research and innovation and knowledge transfer between universities,
IPR Group – intellectual property team.
The meetings will take place at the IFE Centre for International Education and the Alchemium building - the magic of the chemistry of tomorrow.
The activities are implemented under the European Universities Support Programme, which is co-financed by the European Union under the project entitled Support for European University Alliances, number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0219/23.
