Students voted for the most friendly and open employer from Lodz region. 24 companies and institutions from many industries, differing in potential and scope of activity, applied. Election of the best employer enjoyed great interest of students, and fierce fight for the prestigious award lasted until the last moment.
At the meeting in the Rector's Office Ericsson will be represented by: Stefan Znarowski, Head of Product Development Group and Jakub Gabarkiewicz, Marketing Programme Manager. Julia Chojnacka, President of the Student Government will also be present.
The competition, initiated last year by the Career Office, emphasizes the good cooperation between TUL and the business environment, including internships and work placements. These are extremely important elements of educating future engineers. It also broadens the awareness and level of knowledge of students of Lodz University of Technology about the labour market, especially about the companies operating in the region of Lodz.
