TUL Students Introduce Meet IT

Meet IT is an IT project connecting students, university and companies around development, innovation and new technologies. The event is organized by the BEST Student Association operating at Lodz University of Technology. The meeting will be held online on March 11th at 3:00 p.m. and will enable students to participate in short and attractive lectures.

What will students and pupils participating in Meet IT learn about?

Presentations will concern, among others, artificial intelligence increasingly present in our lives, implementation of the Kubernetes platform and how much work is done for us by the clouds. The basics of web scraping, i.e. scraping the web to extract data from web pages, will also be presented. A special presentation aimed at secondary school students will show how to prepare well for the IT Olympiad and which sources should be used while studying.
