Academic Orchestra of TUL

The Academic Orchestra of TUL has been operating since 2005. It consists of students of Lodz University of Technology and the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź. It is a great example of integration of universities. The Orchestra's repertoire consists of classical and popular pieces - including film music.

In June 2018. The Academic Orchestra of Lodz University of Technology organised the 1st Festival of Student Orchestras at Lodz University of Technology - "Orkiestralia".

Thanks to the musical organisation, many young musicians combine studying at a technical university with developing their artistic passions.
