This is a great success of Lodz University of Technology, which has been a leader in foreign student exchange for years. Nationally, the university also performs very well according to the following indicators: the number of publications per scientist (Paper per Faculty) - ranking 4th, and activities for sustainable development (Sustainability) - 6th place in Poland – says the rector of TUL, Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik.
Overall, Lodz University of Technology was ranked 13th in Poland and 385th in Europe.
The QS World University Rankings - Europe ranking classified 688 universities from 42 countries, including 33 universities from Poland. On the podium were: University of Oxford, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and University of Cambridge. The national TOP3 are the University of Warsaw (92nd place), Jagiellonian University - 122nd place and Warsaw University of Technology - 211th place.
The QS World University Rankings - Europe ranking is based on 12 indicators defined in various areas of university activities, such as education, research, internationalization or sustainable development. The classification also takes into account the results of reputation research.
