Known for its successes in the field of robotics the SKaNeR scientific circle will implement two projects. First: Easily configurable mobile robot for inspection/research applications, and the second related to the development of a modular drone - UAV integrated with an anti-collision system  PLN 70,000 each was awarded for both projects.

The project implemented by the UbiComp circle consists in creating a multimodal, i.e. operating various techniques system that will adapt remote cooperation to the requirements of modern industry. The technology ecosystem will use augmented reality, alarming and directing the work process using smartwatches, smart clothing and the use of drones. The co-financing received is almost PLN 69,000.

A team of students from the scientific circle Main will carry out a project related to the control of automated vehicles by artificial intelligence algorithms. A model of the road town will also be built, on which these vehicles will move. The project received financial support in the amount of almost PLN 46,000.

Students from the interdepartmental circle of SKN.NET will form the Robotic Medical Rescue Squad - Department of Emergency Medical Rescue Robots. This unit will include search and reconnaissance works equipped with cameras and sets of sensors as well as robots conducting the proper rescue operation, i.e. transporting victims, moving or raising obstacles. During action, both groups of robots will communicate with each other.

Their flagship projects will be developed by students of the Automotive Enthusiasts Circle gathered in the Lodz Solar Team and Iron Warriors, to whom the ministry has granted PLN 70,000 and 60,000 in funding, respectively. What will this money be used for? The new engine used to drive the Eco Arrow 3.1 car requires the development of a dedicated control, the so-called engine maps. For this purpose, a special dynamometer will be built. In turn, The Lodz Solar Team will equip the solar vehicle with wheel discs designed by the team, the special feature of which is the minimization of weight while maintaining strength properties. In prototyping the new Eagle Three, augmented reality will be used to visualize projects on a 1:1 scale, which makes it possible to assess the changes made without physically making the element.

The Ministry also co-financed an ecological chemical project prepared by students from the NANO circle. They will work on the topicof Recovering heavy metals from water using environmentally friendly hydrogels. The project received over PLN 50,000 in funding.
