Scientific achievements
Robert Stanisławski, a professor at the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology, is a specialist in management and quality sciences. His primary research program focuses on strategic aspects of logistics management, mobility (transport), and supply chains, with particular emphasis on mechanisms for implementing open innovation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
As part of his current research activity, the author is developing a research strand dedicated to "green digitalization" and the greening of transport and logistics processes. This research focuses on assessing solutions aimed at better utilizing innovative ecological solutions in transport and logistics. His research combines classical interorganizational management with modern technological management engineering, providing universal theoretical and practical models for the evolution of contemporary logistics (ecological) and network systems.

Robert Stanisławski's research profile combines elements of transport and ecology. His work on the application of modern solutions in logistics and process automation is particularly important. His research is conducted both nationally and internationally at numerous research centers, resulting in joint initiatives. Examples include numerous research projects conducted within the National Science Center (NCN) and collaborations with foreign research centers. This collaboration encompasses management, the implementation of new technologies, logistics and transport, and sustainable development in Western European countries (e.g., Finland, the United Kingdom) and the Balkans.

For his scientific and organizational work at Lodz University of Technology, Professor Robert Stanisławski has received numerous distinctions and awards, including multiple awards from the Rector of Lodz University of Technology, awarded in recognition of outstanding research and significant publication achievements. Other honors include the Rector's Award for International Activities and a special distinction "for contribution to the results of parameterization at the Faculty of Organization and Management of Lodz University of Technology for the years 2013-2016 in the category: Significant contribution to the scientific achievements of the Faculty," awarded by the Dean of the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering.
