The Centre for Teaching and Learning at Lodz University of Technology is responsible for a wide range of activities related to education and the development of teaching practices. Some of its key areas of activity include:
- supervision of the development of study programs: including micro-modules, digital educational materials, and blended learning formats,
- teaching support: organizing training sessions and workshops for academic staff, developing pedagogical skills, and implementing modern teaching methods such as flipped education and interactive lectures,
- personalization of education: promoting personalized approaches to teaching, including tutoring and mentoring,
- digitalization of the education process: implementing educational technologies and developing e-learning platforms,
- international cooperation: participation in educational and research projects at the European and global levels.
