On November 6 - 7th, participants of the Erasmus+ EQUNI project gathered in Toulouse (France) to share insights, successes, and challenges from the activities implemented so far.
The event was a significant step forward in the pursuit of international collaboration to tackle discrimination in the academic world and promote equality at European universities.
Undertaking concerted efforts to further university students' growth and learning, as well as to conduct collaborative research and development project are the primary objectives of the cooperation between Lodz University of Technology and WITKO Sp. z o.o.

Lodz University of Technology concluded the renovation of Building A7, which used to house the technology hall of the Faculty of Process Engineering and Environmental Protection (IPOŚ). The refurbished building will now also house the Universal Design Center, established under the 'Accessible Lodz University of Technology' project.

During the formal meeting of the Senate of Lodz University of Technology (November 8), decorations and medals were presented to employees and awards to the best students and graduates of Lodz University of Technology (photo report from the event).
A team of architects: lecturers, graduates and students of Lodz University of Technology, from three cooperating studios, have won the international architectural and urban planning competition for the development of a design concept for the Museum of Westerplatte and the War of 1939 - a branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk on Westerplatte.
The existing hall of the Faculty of Process and Environmental Engineering, after modernization, has gained additional functionality - the Centre of Excellence in Universal Design, which will now serve all students and university staff.
Computer science enthusiasts gathered (7.11) at Lodz University of Technology for the seventh edition of the Lodz IT Days. This year's event focuses on the most important trend of the last 12 months – Artificial Intelligence. The program includes lectures, workshops, and modules dedicated to high school students.
Employees of Lodz University of Technology who made outstanding contributions to the advancement of science and education were decorated during the Senate convened for the occasion. Also honored were the highest-achieving students and alumni of Lodz University of Technology.

Six student teams pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning presented the results of their innovative, albeit frequently surprising, projects completed in class. Their work proves that their time was never wasted, that they are knowledgeable and feel very comfortable in the world of AI, developing projects with commercialization or further development potential.
Driven by the desire to help all those who feel the need for professional support, the Independent Student Association (NZS), together with "The Presja" initiative, offer the opportunity to participate in free psychological consultations. These consultations are conducted remotely, enabling any student to take advantage of them, regardless of their location, university, or field of study. Additionally, it is possible to schedule an appointment with a therapist who speaks English, catering to international students at Polish universities.
