The Faculty of Organization and Management (OiZ) at Lodz University of Technology (TUL) is increasingly benefiting from partnerships with businesses that are helping to transform its learning spaces. This time, Amcor Flexibles Łódź, a division of the global packaging giant Amcor, has made its mark with a newly designed room, aiming at strengthening its presence among TUL students.

Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, Rector of TUL, and Junior Inspector Michał Pudło, Deputy Commander of the Centralne Biuro ds. Zwalczania Przestępczości [the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime (CBZP)], signed an agreement to expand their ongoing collaboration.

The proposal of the International Cooperation Centre in the PROM programme - short-term academic exchange received funding from the National Agency for Academic Exchange in the amount of more than PLN 1.7 million.
The funds will allow the implementation of mobilities of doctoral students and academic staff to partner institutions around the world, as well as the arrival of researchers in Lodz.

Jakub Filipek, a biotechnology student at Lodz University of Technology, has been awarded the BioLAB Program under the patronage of the Fulbright organization for the academic year 2024-25. Since July, he has been undertaking a one-year internship at The University of Chicago, ranked 10th among the best universities in the world according to the 2023 Shanghai Ranking.

Research results from the Photonics Team from the Institute of Physics at Lodz University of Technology have been published in Nature Photonics and Nature Materials.

The joint inauguration of the new academic year of Lodz Academic Partnership will take place for the second time at the Artur Rubinstein Lodz Philharmonic. This event, which will include all public universities in our city, is scheduled for October 2 (Wednesday). The rectors of the higher education institutions within Lodz Academic Partnership invite everyone to attend.
