The newly signed agreement between Lodz University of Technology and the Łukasiewicz Research Network aims to accelerate the transfer of innovation and new technologies to the business sector. The agreement was formalized during the New Mobility Congress at EXPO Łódź, with the rector of Lodz University of Technology, Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, and the president of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, Hubert Cichocki, signing the document.

The Institute of Applied Radiation Chemistry (MITR) at the Faculty of Chemistry hosted an international workshop from September 9-13, organized for the second time at the request and under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA, UN). The scientific meeting, titled ‘Technical Meeting on Basic Radiation Chemistry in Polymer Modification’, focused on radiation chemistry and the technology of polymers.
